On completion of sale, items are despatched within 24 hours. Laptops are safely and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Packages are delivered by reputable and fully insured couriers who provide full tracking facilities. A tracking number will be advised by e-mail within 24 hours of the purchase.
Items are sent out the next working day after the order has been placed. We send out Monday-Friday, orders processed over a weekend will be sent out on Monday.
Orders processed over a bank holiday will be sent out on the next working day.
