How can I pay for the laptop?

We take PayPal which is our preferred payment method, we don’t take or store any credit card details

Notes:

* The battery is typically that supplied with the laptop when new, so it’s performance may have deteriorated with usage
† Manuals and drivers are available from manufacturers’ websites, eg, www.lenovo.co.uk

Does the laptop come with an operating system?

Yes – unless described elsewhere an operating system is preinstalled

Is MS Office provided?

No – but we can install OpenOffice for free which is a powerful office suite and fully compatible with MS Office products, please let us know if you wish to have this installed

What if I have a problem with the laptop

Please contact us and we will help resolve the problem as quickly as possible

How long will my item take to come

You should expect it to arrive within 2 working days of placing the order

Do I get a warranty with the laptop?

Yes we give a 30 day warranty, which starts from the day you receive your machine. Some laptops may still have the original manufacturers warranty
